Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling marketing, branding, or creative services and be confident in client communication and deal closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • 01Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • 02Pitch agency services (branding, digital marketing, events, etc.) to potential clients
  • 03Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects
  • 04Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • 05Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings
  • 06Prepare proposals, quotations, and closing deals
  • 07Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding services

Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and client handling

Confidence in pitching and presenting ideas

Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency

Target-oriented mindset
